The Magic Sphere
Possibly one of the best magic tricks around! All too often magic tricks require a high degree of skill to perform
them well, the Magic Sphere requires no skill other than perhaps a little imagination in how you present the effect.
Based on natural magic, (Science), the trick comprises 1 length of copper tube approximately 800 mm long, one glass
marble and of course, the Magic Sphere.
The trick itself is amazing and hard to believe. Simply start by holding the tube vertically and dropping the glass
marble through the tube. Under normal gravity the marble will exit the bottom of the tube extremely quickly as one would expect.
Repeat the exercise with the Magic Sphere and stand by for a surprise. The sphere will slowly float down the tube,
not touching the sides, over a number of seconds ( > 7 seconds ).
The visual effect is astounding and we fully guarantee that the trick will work over and over again.
One word of warning however is that the sphere possesses an extremely strong magnetic field and although copper is
not magnetic, other items maybe and you should keep the sphere well away from electronic items, credit cards and pacemakers.
